First Phase: Preparation and Planning
1.1 Information Submission
Client provides basic information in Word or PDF format.
1.2 Information Analysis and Script Writing
Within two business days, we analyze the provided information and write a script that includes the main points and fits the video duration.
1.3 Script Review and Approval
Client reviews and approves the script.
1.4 Voice Selection and Recording
If voice-over is requested, the client selects the voice artist, and recording is completed within two business days.
1.5 Visual Content Preparation
If footage is provided by the client, we organize and prepare it for editing within one business day. If not available, we take two additional days to purchase or create footage using AI.
1.6 Music Selection
While preparing the footage, we select music that suits the nature of the video.
Second Phase: Editing
2.1 Visual Identity Preparation
Determining visual elements and text (lower thirds), colors, and logos according to the client's visual identity.
2.2 Video Editing
Arranging footage, text, and voice-over according to the script, ensuring consistency and synchronization of all elements. This phase takes three business days.
Third Phase: Deliverables
3.1 Revision Rounds
The client is allowed two rounds of revisions for non-substantial changes. Each revision round takes three business days. Substantial revisions require additional cost and are discussed as needed.
3.2 Client Review
After editing is complete, the video is presented as a draft to the client for approval or revision requests.
