About Saudi Red Crescent Authority The Saudi Red Crescent Society was established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by Royal Decree No. 1 on 16/1/1383 AH with its legal personality for an indefinite period. Its headquarters is in Riyadh city, and its activities cover all parts of the Kingdom. Its system is based on the Geneva Conventions and principles approved by the International Red Cross and Red Crescent conferences. The Society's name was changed to Saudi Red Crescent Authority by Council of Ministers Resolution No. 371 dated 24/12/1429 AH
