About the Crowdfunding Platform Sahm real estate crowdfunding platform is a means of raising funds by connecting groups of investors with small real estate developers and enabling them to contribute small amounts to a real estate development project.

The Solution

About Sahm Logo The logo expresses the nature of the platform's work, where colors were inspired by land and sea to represent real estate on land and sea. The word Sahm was drawn/written in white to be between the target segments (investor and developer), serving as a separator between the two segments in general but performing the filtering process for each segment. Sahm platform selects suitable investors and developers, which is expressed in the coloring of the letter (هـ), where the blue inside the letter represents the lake, and the beige inside represents the island, with the lake representing selected investors and the island representing selected developers.
